Q: How do you sign up for the promotion?

A: Registered Everyday Rewards members can sign up for the Cash for Easter promotion at www.woolworths.com.au/cash or, if you received an Everyday Rewards email inviting you to sign up for the promotion, you can sign up via this email. If you are not a registered Everyday Rewards member you just need to register at www.everydayrewards.com.au first and then sign up to the promotion via www.woolworths.com.au/cash.  You must sign up for the Cash for Easter promotion by 23.59pm AEDT 24 February 2013.

Q: I have picked up a temporary  Everyday Rewards card in-store what do I do?

A: If you have picked up a temporary Everyday Rewards Card in-store you will need to register this card at www.everydayrewards.com.au AND sign up for the promotion at www.woolworths.com.au/cash prior to 23.59pm AEDT 24 February 2013.

Q: What is the Cash for Easter promotion?

A: The Cash for Easter promotion is a personalised promotion that gives all Everyday Rewards members the chance to earn a Cash for Easter Gift Card. You need to sign up for the Cash for Easter promotion, spend your qualifying amount (and swipe your registered Everyday Rewards Card) at Woolworths supermarkets or Woolworths online in each week of the promotion to qualify for your Cash for Easter Gift Card. A: Your Cash for Easter promotional offer has been specifically selected for you. The details of your Cash for Easter promotion (including details of your qualifying amount and Cash for Easter Gift Card amount) are set out in the Everyday Rewards email sent to you to invite you to sign up for the promotion or the information provided to you during the sign up process for the promotion.

Q: I tried to register but it says the promotion is closed (after 24/02)?

A: Customers must sign up to the promotion by 11:59pm AEDT 24 February 2013.

Q: If my Everyday Rewards Card is linked to another Everyday Rewards Card will spend on both cards contribute to the qualifying amount?

A: No, each registered Everyday Rewards member needs to sign up to the promotion and spend their own qualifying amount (and swipe their own registered Everyday Rewards card) at Woolworths supermarkets or Woolworths online each week for three weeks, starting 18 February 2013.

Q: How do I know what my qualifying amount is?

A: An email has been sent to Registered Everyday Rewards members with the details of the promotion including their qualifying amount and Cash for Easter Gift Card amount. If you have signed up to the promotion via www.woolworths.com.au/cash prior to 23.59pm AEDT 24 February 2013, you will be notified of your qualifying amount and your Cash for Easter Gift Card amount during the sign up process.  

Q: What happens if I don’t have an email address?

A: You can sign up to the promotion via www.woolworths.com.au/cash to receive your offer. If you spend your qualifying amount each week for the three qualifying weeks at Woolworths supermarkets or Woolworths online you will receive your Cash for Easter gift card in the mail by Thursday 28th March.

Q: Do I have to spend my qualifying amount in-store each week?

A:You need to spend your qualifying amount (and swipe your registered Everyday Rewards card) each week for the three qualifying weeks at Woolworths supermarkets or Woolworths online. The qualifying weeks are:

Q: Do I have to spend my qualifying amount in one transaction?

A: No, the qualifying amount per week can be spent across multiple transactions at Woolworths supermarkets or Woolworths online over each qualifying week.

Q: What happens if I don’t swipe my Everyday Rewards card? Does this spend still count towards the promotion?

A: No, you must swipe your Everyday Rewards card at the time of the transaction for that spend to qualify as part of your qualifying amount. We are unable to process transactions for the purposes of calculating your qualifying amount for this promotion where a registered Everyday Rewards card wasn’t swiped.

Q: I forgot to swipe my card but have my receipts. Can I send them in to count towards the qualifying amount?

A: No, unfortunately we will not accept receipts as proof of purchase for this promotion. Your Everyday Rewards card needs to be swiped for the purchase to count towards your qualifying amount.

Q: If I shop online or via the app will the amount I spend count towards the promotion?

A: Yes, you can spend the qualifying amount at Woolworths online or in-store. Online orders must be placed AND delivered during the promotional period (18/02/2013 – 10/03/2013) to qualify.

Q: I shopped at Woolworths Liquor, BWS or BIG W. Does this qualify?

A: No, only purchases made at Woolworths supermarkets and Woolworths Online contribute to the qualifying amount.

Q: I signed up in the week beginning 18 February, but had already spent my qualifying amount that week before I signed up. Does this mean I have spent the qualifying amount for that week or do I need to spend more before the end of the week?

A: As long as you are a registered Everyday Rewards member and sign up to the Cash for Easter promotion prior to 24 February 2013, if you spend the qualifying amount and swipe your registered Everyday Rewards card during the first qualifying week (whether before or after you sign up for the promotion) and in each of the following two qualifying weeks, you will be eligible.

Q: How can I check each week if I have spent the qualifying amount?

A: If you spent your qualifying amount in the previous qualifying week and are therefore still eligible to earn you Cash for Easter Gift Card (subject to meeting the relevant conditions for the remainder of the promotional period) you will receive an email from Everyday Rewards by the following Thursday to let you know.

Q: I spent the qualifying amount, but didn’t receive an email to say that I had qualified. What do I do?

A: Ensure that the email details we have for you are correct. You can check and update these details in your Everyday Rewards account. If you still have concerns you can call the Everyday Rewards call centre on 1300 10 1234.

Q: If my partner and I spend the qualifying amount between us does this mean we qualify?

A: Each Everyday Rewards member that has registered for the promotion must spend their own qualifying amount (and swipe their own registered Everyday Rewards card) each week for the 3 qualifying weeks starting 18 February 2013 to qualify for their own Cash for Easter gift card.

A: You will receive an email from Everyday Rewards by 15 March 2013 to let you know that you have qualified to receive your Cash for Easter Gift Card.

Q: How do I get my Cash for Easter Gift Card?

A: Your Cash for Easter Gift Card will be mailed to the address you have listed in your Everyday Rewards account. Please ensure this information is up to date to avoid any issues in receiving your Cash for Easter Gift Card. Gift Cards are non refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Q: When will I receive my Cash for Easter Gift Card?
A: You should receive your Cash for Easter Gift Card by Thursday, 28 March 2013.

Q: I didn’t receive my Cash for Easter Gift Card?

A: If you have not received your Cash for Easter Gift Card by Thursday, 28 March 2013, please call the Everyday Rewards call centre on 1300 10 1234. Please note that the call centre is not open on public holidays.

Q: When will my Cash for Easter Gift Card expire?

A: You must use your Cash for Easter Gift Card on or before Sunday, 28 April 2013. Your Cash for Easter Gift Card will expire at 11:59pm AEST on this date.

Q: Where can I use my Cash for Easter Gift Card?
A: You can only use your Cash for Easter Gift Card at Woolworths supermarkets or Woolworths Online. Your Cash for Easter Gift Card will not work at other Woolworths Limited stores.

Q: I received my Cash for Easter Gift Card after it expired.
A: Please call the Everyday Rewards call centre on 1300 10 1234
